Getting Started

  1. You must be enrolled in our OnLine Banking service before using our new mobile banking system. Click here to sign on to Online Banking.
  2. Using your mobile phone's web browser navigate to: WWW.LMHOSPCU.MOBI
  3. Login using your Lawrence Memorial Credit Union Online banking User ID & Password.
  4. Answer your security question (same as online banking), your security picture & phrase should be displayed on the screen. If it is not your picture and phrase, do not answer any information and contact us before proceeding.
  5. Our new mobile banking homepage will now be displayed and is ready for your use.

Mobile Banking Security

  • Password protect your mobile device (cell phone or tablet).
  • Never share your password.
  • Never store usernames or passwords on your mobile device.
  • Keep your operating system up to date.
  • Install antivirus software; ask your wireless carrier for recommendations.
  • Do not modify your mobile device, (it may disable important security features and may void your warranty).
  • Use a secure internet connection.
  • Keep the mobile device with you or secure the device when not in use.
  • Do not click on links or open attachments in emails or texts from unfamiliar sources.
  • Never respond to email messages requesting personal information, i.e. Social Security Numbers, Account Numbers, Etc.
  • Check your account regularly and notify us of any unauthorized transactions.
  • If your mobile device is lost or stolen:
    • Notify your service provider to deactivate your mobile device immediately.
    • Report the loss to us at 860-444-5104.
    • Change your Online Banking USER ID and Password.
