Lawrence Memorial Hospital EFCU (the "credit union") collects nonpublic personal information about its members from the following sources:

• Information we receive from member applications or other forms;
• Information about member transactions with us or others; and
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

It is the policy of the credit union to not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its members to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Furthermore, if a member decides to terminate their membership or become an inactive member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this policy.

The credit union shall restrict access to members' personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to its members. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard all members' nonpublic personal information.
