

Who We Are Lawrence Memorial Hospital Employees Federal Credit Union was organized under the laws of the United States in 1959 as a federally regulated co-operative whose sole purpose is to render financial services to its membership. Therefore, we operate exclusively for the benefit of our members who have access to a full range of financial services. Unlike banks, we are a not-for-profit institution, and do not have stockholders. Our members own the credit union; participate in the election of our volunteer board of directors, and share in the many, very real benefits derived from this distinction. This distinction, unique to credit unions, means:
